My Special Blueberry Muffins

Personalised Baby Blanket
How can you express your happiness to your friends if they have just given birth to a new baby? A large bottle of champagne might go down well with the happy couple and a thoughtful present for the little one will also be warmly received. Unique types of presents are always the best and if you can personalise the present somehow then so much for the better. Ranges of personalised presents exist for tiny babies and they all look utterly adorable. Items like a Personalised Baby Blanket can keep tiny Timmy or little Lucy snug and warm on the coldest of winter nights. Reversible soft fleece blankets can be bought through retailers and they can be embroidered with the baby`s name and date of birth. Both pink and blue blankets can be purchased to cater for little girls or boys and cute little characters are embroidered into the corners. On a pink or light pink Personalised Baby Blanket you might find some cheeky little bunnies. The blue blankets might have teddies in the corner or perhaps a cute little dinosaur. A6 Flyers
A6 Flyers are leaflets that are single paged advertising tools. Flyers usually advertise an activity or an event such as a concert or a spot for an activity such as a nightclub. A6 Flyers are generally considered to be small-scale advertising tools. Individuals or small organizations usually use them to promote their events or products. A6 Flyers have a maximum A5 size, which is about 6x8 inches. You can find Flyers being handed out on streets, being posted on bulletin boards or being distributed at events. The trend of Flyers being used is also observed a lot in colleges and universities where Flyers are pasted on bulletin boards.


This is my special blueberry muffin recipe that I created over 30 years ago and I like it so much that I have never stopped using it, it has a magnificent flavor and a wonderful texture, the freshness life of this muffin is about 4days but if frozen it will last for months.

The part that I like about this muffin is that it is very versatile, you can use any kind of fruit in it besides blueberries, for example you can use cranberries, raspberries, apples, and if you add some solid pack pumpkin with seasonings you have pumpkin muffins and so on, let your imagination run away with you.

OK, here is the recipe. You know that all ingredients should be room temperature.

12 medium eggs
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups oil (not peanut oil)
5½ tablespoons baking powder
3½ cups sugar
3 cups milk or water
8 cups flour
2 to 3 cups blueberries (frozen)

In a 5 quart mixing bowl place your eggs, salt, oil, using a paddle mix slowly until blended then add sugar and baking powder, and continue mixing on slow speed then add water or milk and add flour slowly, when all flour is added scrape the sides of the bowl and mix until smooth, remove bowl from mixer and place 2 or 3 cups of blueberries in the mixture and blend in by hand (frozen blueberries preferred) dip out into lined muffin pans.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in convection oven and 35 to 40 minutes in regular oven at 350 degree preheated oven. This recipe makes 2 ½ dozen large muffins.
